Secret Student Certificate

Secret Student is a behaviour management technique that promotes positive behaviour and encourages students to stay on task, follow instructions and give their best! The teacher is to choose a secret student for the day, writing their name on the certificate at the start of the day (but careful to not share who it is until the end of the day). If the secret student has makes good choices, listens to instructions and has great behaviour, they are revealed at the end of the day and receive a special prize or reward. If a secret student doesn't give their best, they simply are not revealed and have not earned the prize.
