Multiplication Strategy Mat

Students practice different ways to solve multiplication equations. Learning to show their working out and check their work in multiple ways. Put the slip of paper into a plastic sleeve or laminate for repeated use. Students can also complete it directly onto the page and glue it into their books. Use this for small group work, extension, intervention, or as a whole class activity. 

What is included: A Multiplication Strategy Mat with a space in the middle for a multiplication equation; as well as space for them to solve the equation through repeated addition, creating an array, using even groups, and/or fact families.
