3 Before Me Poster

This 3 Before Me Poster is Teaching From The Hearts take on the well known classroom strategy. When students experience a challenge, they must first try 3 different things before reaching out to the teacher. 

The 3 prompts in this version are asking themselves, looking around and then asking a friend; all of which have prompts or questions underneath to help your students understand what each element means. 

By doing these 3 before coming to the teacher, students are developing problem solving skills and becoming independent and responsible learners that are capable of taking control and initiative in their own learning. Such skills are important for the rest of their lives!

I personally use A3 in my classroom to make it easier to utilise from different areas in the room
